The chalets come fully furnished: Type F with lake access, Type G with garden, lake or golf views, and Type H with garden or lake views.
Construction has not started. The entire project is available to investment — as a whole, as a 50/50 co-development, or from a 1% fractional entry — under a land and project joint venture with KUBAY.
