Patong Bay Hill Entertainment is a hybrid between a luxury hotel and an entertainment venue, in the heart of Patong. Unlike a traditional hotel it combines accommodation, entertainment and fractional investment in one private complex.
The building holds 20 entertainment rooms, a reception room, an indoor club, a sky bar with a panoramic terrace, and an outdoor pool area.
Two ways in
Full building shares. The property is valued at 300,000,000 THB, and investors may buy from 1% to 100% — 1% is 3,000,000 THB. Revenue is distributed proportionally from every income source: entertainment rooms, sky bar and pool, karaoke, and indoor club events, with annual distribution based on actual results.
Individual entertainment room shares. A room is valued at 10,000,000 THB and may be bought whole or fractionally. Revenue comes only from the entertainment rooms, and owners receive free stays in proportion to their share — 100% ownership gives 30 nights a year, 10% gives three.
Management and transparency
The property is operated by Patong Bay Hill Entertainment Management, responsible for daily operations, staff, event booking and marketing. Income and expenses are recorded in an audited financial report accessible to shareholders, who receive quarterly updates and an annual profit statement. Shares may be sold privately or through the project’s resale program, or transferred at any time.
