Units run from 60 to 94 square metres across ten types — studios, one-bedroom suites, premium suites with jacuzzi, and two-bedroom duplexes — priced from 6,990,000 to 11,490,000 THB.
It is bought for income rather than for occupation: the resort runs a 70/30 rental pool, the owner keeps 30 days a year of personal use, and the whole operation — reception, housekeeping, restaurant, spa and bookings — is already staffed and running. Ownership is protected leasehold, the initial deposit is 200,000 THB, and instalment plans are available.

Common swimming pool, Sita Restaurant, conference hall, Baytara Spa, fitness gym and rooftop bar, with a clubhouse, cafes and parking on the premises. A shuttle bus runs to the beach and the main attractions.
Rental pool program
The owner signs a contract with the management company and reserves the property for 30 days a year, free, for their own use or for family and friends. The management company groups apartments of the same type into pools and rents them out; at the end of the rental period it calculates the income, deducts expenses and determines net profit, of which the owner receives 70%.
Operating expenses run at roughly 30% of gross rental income and cover guest costs (consumables, water and electricity, laundry, cleaning, check-in, welcome kit), booking and bank commissions, and promotion.
Ownership is protected leasehold. Initial deposit 200,000 THB, with instalment plan options. The town is 800 metres away and the beach 1 km.
